Incredible place to work if you value work/life balance over salary. You'll enjoy WONDERFUL benefits, and thrive in an environment that respects an employees personal life. You work for an association which is wonderful, but also has it's dark sides. There is a lot of dead weight there, employees who have been there 20 years who abuse the benefits and know how to work the contract to their advantage leaving coworkers to make up for their shortcomings. The benefits however far outweigh tolerating this so I say if you get a job at MRU, you might just stay for life!
