I was there for several years, and I observed an extremely high turn-around rate in this company. Just on 2011 entire management team was completely replaced 3 times causing technology and structural changes. Bureaucracy is above anything else. Would I recommend it? maybe to these people who'd like to have "Transcontinental" label on their CV.
