I have worked with a few top hotel brands around 3 continents. I found Marriott to be one of the best to work for. I value the corporate culture and atmosphere. But sometimes the Leadership teams within the hotel spoil them. I would certainly want to work for this company again in future. It gives the best benefits and takes care of its employees while achieving top Guest Satisfaction scores.
