Très ordinaire, les gestionnaires poussent trop loin leurs employés et certains peuvent ressentir beaucoup de stress à cause de ceux-ci. Les gestionnaires sont pas directs, ils passent par milles chemin au lieu d'être franc. Ils se prennent pour des big boss alors que c'est qu'un simple titre. Cependant la formation est très complète et excellante..
