Manque de plan structurer pour les organisations de travails, aucun respect pour les employés, beaucoup trop de congédiement injustifié (taux très élève de changement de personnel), l’employeur a une attitude très démotivant envers ses employés résultant dans le non productivité et qualité de travail, En bref, sac ton camp de d’là au plus sacrant !!

This rating is soooooo true, The negativity level from middle management in this company is very odd and rarely seen in today’s modern management. If you value your vocation and have a passion for your work DO NOT WORK for this company. They treat their employees’ very badly and have a very high turnover. They have not yet understood how praising and rewarding employees for good work well done actually produces higher productivity and motivation with long term positive results. Urgent change in middle management is needed in this company!
