I think we all understand the "Vision" that HO is trying to impart on a global scale, however they really have no idea what they are doing to the morale of the employees who actually do the day to day work that keeps this company afloat. We are so understaffed (and now, unfortunately underpaid) since last year. We are stressed out, however we have a job to perform and we do a damn good job of it. We can only hope that things will turn around before there is no one left who really cares.
