People are constantly leaving on their own or being let go. Superiors act like they care about your needs but they really don't care about you. Workload is high. They pay you below or at the low end of market rate because they have a bonus program; however, you'll never receive your maxmium bonus. Also, when you leave the company, they refuse to payout your bonus. I would not recommend this place to friends unless you hate them.
