N'est pas capable de faire l'équité salariale de manière égale pour tous les employés concernés par cette loi. Se cache sous plusieurs chapeaux; quand vient le temps d'être gouvernementale et bien se dit para et quand c'est para et bien se dit gouvernementale afin d'appliquer les lois comme bon lui semble. Fait beaucoup de partisanerie dans ses commandites
