This place is a joke. Very often you will go weeks at a time with no hours at all, and then when you come back there's more people hired on. How the hell does that make any sense? Seniority means nothing here. I see newbies get more hours than those than have been here longer than others. This place desperately needs a union to get management to realize just how ****ed up it is and how angry us frontline workers are. Because otherwise, they couldn't give a sh*t about us. You can forget about advancing to even 'part time' unless you are a major suck-up and eat all the crap they shovel towards you with a huge smile on your face. I've put in 18 months and still have not yet advanced to even part time, despite working my ass off all the time. I've done pretty much everything a frontline person is able to do, except portering.(...). The only good thing is getting fed lunch and/or dinner because there's almost always extra food made during an event.

My thoughts exactly. What a joke this place is. I saw one guy get fired, only to be rehired again this September. What kind of a message does that send to others who bust their asses but get nowhere with this place. There are bigger and better things out there, and the LCC will soon be in my past. I am counting down the days.
