  • I have worked here for a while now and love it! Maybe the other guy saw the Chef on a bad day or something, everytime I go to the kitchen, the other Chefs are always singing and dancing, I don't think they would be doing that if their boss was a jerk. They seem to know us all by name which makes you fell nice, and always take time to chat for a bit. Makes me want to work in the kitchen. Overall it is great working here, you get treated well and the pay is above average, and you almost always get fed from the Chefs in the kitchen. I enjoy my department and have amazing managers who are always there for you. Sometimes things can be a little stressing but it is a job and we are dealing with thousands of customers so what do you expect. I would definitely recommend working here. If I had to say something negative it would only be the variable hours and shifts which isn't their fault because we obviuosly have to work when customers book events, if you don't like crazy shifts and hours maybe you shouldn't work in the hospitality industry.

haha. Yeah, the food is pretty decent. I don't really like the chicken though, unless it's the stuffed kind. Anything else is awesome, especially the pasta salad. :D
