  • A complete disregard for their employees at the time of the pandemic; lack of follow up and poor management on all levels especially communication. i spoke to a colleague of mine and there are things that are not acceptable in terms of work ethics and proper management with employees. The HR is just technical and does not care about the employees concerns. Selling the products isn't the issue but the way we are told or expected to sell is the problem from their own sales managers. Our shop is having trouble meeting sales and these days and we are blamed for not upselling in a pandemic. That's pathetic. all our products are available online so what's the point of abusing employees at the shop ? We can't do better especially now.

ils ont besoin d'une nouvelle équipe de direction et une meilleur vision sur la façon de faire fonctionner ces magasins. ils n'ont plus besoin de directeurs commerciaux, tout est en ligne.
