  • Hmm, first rating of 2016. Updates have been made to FAST but issues still happening with the Tool to the same point of slowness as if FAST wasn't incorporated. Management changes, which is a bit confusing as to why, they are adding managers when they are top management heavy. My suggestion is to hire more bottom level staff to assist, and not a manager to micromanage everything. The ratings and comments are mainly true, it is a hard company to work for and you may not be recognized for stepping up unless someone above you recommends it. It is difficult for advancement due to the same reasons. I would however recommend this company as a starting point or springboard to better companies in the future. I wonder what the investigation is all about, oh forgot, hush hush.

ISM is probably going to lose the account for a number of reasons.
1. They do not care about their employees and this makes the employees not really care about their job beyond a paycheck.
2. ISM does not provide proper tools for its employees. Hacked work around tools that is no better than beta software does not count.
3. ISM really lost the trust of most employees years ago when they took over the account handed a bunch of pie in the sky lines to their staff then mysteriously forgot about them. Time after time ISM has promised to mend its ways and time after time broken that promise, sometimes in the worsted possible way for staff.
4. Management at ISM seems like high school, the impression most have is you are promoted and gain opportunities by who you know not what you know. Some of the management right down to most of the former team leads could not manage a paper route let alone staff some of which have twice or more their knowledge and experience.
5. Now as to the investigation. ISM investigating bulling in the work place mmmm. If you have been at ISM long enough you might see the irony in that. The way some staff have been treated over the years really has not been fair. No one really says anything because the union has shown it does not have the back of staff and management has made peoples lives tough if they rock the boat. Does ISM Bully staff? If you work there long enough you know the answer.
6. The staff at the HAs hate the service ISM provides and makes that very clear to staff on a daily basis. Yes people at the top with ISM might be chummy with those at the top at the HAs but do not count on that to save the account.
