• I've been with Implix for over half a year now, and I am very happy with it so far. The scheduling is fair, the pay is good and the work can be interesting. This is a healthy company that I only see a bright future for. The business has recently been expanding at a rapid pace and there is a lot of employment opportunities within the company right now.
  
  They've given me more opportunities than any other employer I have worked with in the area, and everyone here is very friendly!

• I have been with Implix for years and it has been an enjoyable experience. I like working for this company, the office
  is small, it feels like family, the coworkers are nice and we are all helpful to each other. We can get a bonus for realistic to achieve goals, which are clearly explained by the management.

• Great people in the Halifax office. If you need something, all you have to do is ask. They take the time to recognize hard work too which is a real plus. Communication is always clear, many fun events too. It can be busy at times but I don't think that can be avoided in any workplace. Easy to make Life long friends in Implix. • For perspective, should be mentioned that Implix itself is a Polish company with a customer service office in Halifax, Nova Scotia. Due to the nature of the Halifax office there is no possibility of advancement.
  
  The largest problem with Implix is the large rift between the ideals set out by the company as a whole and the attitude of the Halifax management. Implix as a whole is a very fair company with great communication and fair compensation for the work done. Implix certainly offers adequate health benefits as well. The company also has a very sensible company culture and tries to make working for the company an enjoyable experience as a whole with several recognition days throughout the year for various departments. Communication with the home office is incredible considering that there is a large distance and time zone difference between there and the Halifax office.
  
  The problems with the company start when you look at the Halifax office itself. The local management certainly does not carry on this attitude of approachability. At times the local management has an attitude of infallibility and does not support open communication. Many times, questions can be met with an attitude of "because I said so". Many policies, standards and privileges that are handled by the local Halifax management are subject to change frequently and without notice with any question regarding these changes being met with hostility.
  
  The unfortunate reality is that the excellent company culture developed by the home office is very poorly executed and at time completely ignored by the Halifax management.   read complete rating Hide complete rating

• One of the worse places now to work at. Staff is now overworked and underpaid. Raises no longer exist. Training is a joke. We are expected to support products that we receive no training on. The communication with the other office is lacking. Blame is passed around. There is no positive enforcement. Micromanaging is the norm. Very negative environment. All the emphasis for the job is placed doing the call flow; attendance, AHT, calls taken, solving problems does not matter. Don't waste your time. • Great place to work. Stress free environment where you have total control over your workspace and computer. All internal communication is email and chat.
