Je crois que les gens qui ont passé des commentaires négatifs n'ont pas trop de base de comparaison.... Comparé à d'autres compagnies, la communication est excellente, le salaire est plus qu'excellent, il n'y pas trop de "red tape". Au niveau informatique, ils font les choses nécessaires. Pas de superflu. La compagnie tient son plan à long terme. On ne se fait parachuter de projets à tout bout de champ. Les Ressources humaines prennent beaucoup de place par-contre. Le processus d'évaluation est trop lourd pour le stress qu'il cause et ce qu'il rapporte.
