Le taux de roulement dans les bureaux est très élevé. Il y a peu de feedback de la part des gestionnaires.

Le manque de 'feedback' ou rétroaction est extrêment courant à Montréal et sûrement au Qc. Malheureusement, comparé à l'Ontario (ou j'ai vécu 22 ans) il y beaucoup d'autres lacunes au Qc tel que: manque d'organisation, de planification, d'outils surtout ergonomiques, d'anticipation et de respect, ce qui est la base de toutes relations humaines. Fort dommage que les employeurs, agences, RH, etc., ne trouvent pas de remédes!
