I have to agree with other comments that this company uses it's employees and then throws them away when someone has a new "idea" on how the company should run. I worked there 10 years and my average work hours per week were over 70hrs +. You give them your heart and soul and they give you the boot unless you are "connected"! Love the products but I have more product knowledge than the customer care contacts. Have called to help line and takes 45 minutes minimum to get support. Love the eIRG! Funny how almost everyone I worked with has been booted or quit? That in itself must tell you what this company is all about!
