This company has no morals and deceives their customers at every turn. A few facts: 1. All frontline employees work from home so there is no way to track how they handle dealing with customers. 2. The owner of hostpapa also owns hosting-review.com and for the past few years always get the "best web host" award. Interesting.... 3. People get let go for no reason other than "shortage of work" on their ROE, but they hire new staff to replace them before letting them go. 4. Any complains/issues mentioned in the forums are removed immediately and the poster is deleted and banned. Do a google search for 'hostpapa reviews' or 'hostpapa sucks' and see how many people agree with what I have said.
