A horrible place to work. Despite the nice views, the upper management is very toxic and micromanaging which makes it hard to do your job when you have sociopaths and micromanagers taking their mood swings out on staff. You hear about turnover, but this place takes the cake. Pay is extremely low, job is demanding, and no respect is given, people are always searching for other jobs and most people are gone within 6 months. It's practically a 1 star place to work, but you can see Niagara Falls which makes it nice.
