Of all the employers I worked for, YPG is the first company I found that is so focused on its employees. Great benefits plan, good opportunities and atmosphere. Management will vary from department to department, but I was lucky to have a great manager. Good feedback and personal development was encouraged. The location is not as practical, but if you have a car it's not a problem and you get free parking! Overall, great company to work for!

I'm sooo sorry for you, how long you been working there, two weeks? Just give it a few month...and then tell me. Unless you're management and have been told what to say !
