I would not recommend working for this organization. They will squeeze everything out of you and not recognize you or your efforts. If you are a good salesperson keep away from the YPG, there is much better out there.

I couldn't agree more with you ! definitely...look somewhere else, there are plenty or good jobs out there for a good rep.
