A truly sad self inflicted decline in this company. A shame to anyone in corporate management as it could become the most illustrative lesson in how to destroy one of Canada's greatest companies. It probably had one of the most adaptive, creative and professional workforces in Canada who were in sync with their customers. If only management could be too.
