  • Employee morale is currently at an all time low with lots of layoffs, no raises or bonuses this year. Most employees are overworked and underappreciated. Middle management is alright most of the time but upper management is clearly out of touch. This company is desperate to save a buck anywhere right now and its the ground level employees who are suffering the brunt of it. If you are going to work here, don't go anywhere near print.

Beware the giant white marching fingers of doom. Buy, strip, sell.
I was part of an awesome group of employees, a fun place to work, we had all been there for years, and then the giant shadow of YPG fell on us...
None of us are happy since the layoffs/closure split up our team. When you gel with each other the way we did, it can never be duplicated...
