The department you work in makes a huge difference in whether you enjoy your job here. Some departments are fantastic, while others are lacking. Like any place of work, who you work with will also affect your happiness within a position. I've thoroughly enjoyed working for YPG and have no plans to leave in the foreseeable future. My management has been fantastic and my team is a lot of fun.
