I worked for this company for a few years and left for what I thought were better oppurtunities. I regret leaving. Their leadership are progressive and very open. With any young company the oppurtunity to get ahead is more difficult vs a small company but maybe sometimes working for a first class company is all someone should really worry about. If you have a chance, truly look into this employer.
