If you are looking to develop and grow as an employee in any function outside of Operations - Drafting/Engineering/IT/Communications/HR/Finance... Best to AVOID. Unacceptable leadership. Small few share all the wealth. The president is amazing, but does not get involved. So much potential, but not the proper leadership to realize it.
