This is NOT a good work environment. Internally they contradict HR best practices. Indeed, they do a great job for their candidates but it is a terrible place to work as an employee. Their attrition rate is extremely high due to the sterile, fake environment. If you're considering working there - I'd strongly urge you to keep looking. Good Luck!
