I've been with excelHR for almost five years and it's a great place to work! The team is supportive, encouraging and motivating, which makes coming to work each day a positive experience. While some may criticize the long work hours, I think the days fly by because I'm passionate about what I do. The reason for that is the supportive management team. This is a company that cares about its employees and encourages you to achieve both personal and professional success. I am proud to have chosen excelHR as my employer.

It's also a terrible agency to work for as a temp. They are down right crooked and dishonest. They are one of the worst paying temp agencies that I've ever seen in Ottawa and Ontario. You'll be lucky to get minimum wage with them. I worked for them in Ottawa and everyone I met that was also working for them was complaining at how lousy they are as an agency. They never provide you with work assignments that are representative of your credentials and they try to get away with paying you next to nothing. Most of the roles they fill in government offices in Ottawa are really mediocre and in offices riddled with excessively high turn over. They have many clients but no actual quality work assignments. It would seem that their only clients are just bad government offices that cannot even hold temps. If you are temping and looking for serious opportunities I would avoid this agency. They really just represent the most mediocre roles in Ottawa.
