very competitive in comparison to other call centres. If you compare it to a number of others, the retention is much higher, pay is better and the environment benefits and work/life balance also tend to be a step above. Leadership on the whole is fairly good however lower level management may be hit or miss - upper management is excellent. Plenty of advancement opportunities - however this is not a place where you should expect to be promoted just by being there long enough, competition can be tough however there are ample resources (tuition programs and the like) that the company provides to train up and gain more experience to leverage. Also plenty of opportunities to move into different areas within the company as well as travel even in non-management positions. Company has a heathly sense of community, giving back, and trying to go greener. One of the few corporate offices that is more about individuality rather than conformity - casual dress code and diverse workforce a plus as well.
