  • Now known as Teledyne Dalsa. Well it's no longer a Canadian company, so maximizing profit is extremely important. Employee advancement is extremely hard, you need to force it, management is often blind(can't see much from an office) and misinformed. Although, after cuts, they were left with too many supervisors. Employee yearly evaluation are pointless, you can have a high score in it but get no recognition for your work. Pay and raises are bellow average but enough to keep you stuck with them. New employees don't tend to stay long. Many immigrants have been there for over 20 years on a low salary. Not a bad place to start off. I wouldn't recommend staying longer than 2, the smart ones don't.
