Flexible with time off - you can bank overtime/stats for extra vacation. 3 weeks vacation to start- goes up to 6 weeks +6 days, with the option to bank 2 weeks of stats and 2 weeks of overtime. This is because of an unregulated transit monopoly that Coast Mountain enjoys in Metro Vancouver. They gouge taxpayers and going on strike when they don't get what they want. Service while usually good, is sometimes marred by people who think we taxpayers owe them something above the $25+ and hour they're making for driving a bus. They're sometimes rude to customers, and at other times don't care or enforce transit rules, like paying your fare or kicking out intolerable people. So I second this person's review that it's an awesome company to work for.
