This company allowed me to set my own schedule of time and goals. They were very flexible and only asked that I learn the programs so that I could provide better technical support to their clients. I was expected to take care of providing technical support as and when calls came in and any questions I had regarding servicing the clients I got complete and immediate answers to. Very nice place to work - loved every minute of it. Pay was determined by how well I knew my job, based on a quarterly testing process. If you knew your stuff you got paid more. I never had any problems with getting paid more.
