No recognition for their part time employees, even after years of loyal service. It was unbelievably hard to get a salary raise. Stores are crazy busy on weekends, the music is extremely loud and we get no paid breaks. Always ended my weekend shifts with a huge headache and they stressed SO much on sales objectives and all with NO attempt to actually motivate their employees. It felt freeing to leave. Now I work somewhere I get recognition for my hard work.
