It's a sh*t show. So many managers and employees in fleet and in corporate departments are clueless of what they're doing and pass their tasks to whoever they can pass it on to. A lot of drivers and non driver employees get frustrated and leave because management is incompetent and cannot be bothered. Pay also sucks.
