I have never known an employer that was more disconnected from its' employees. Once a world leader, this service is now years behind any of its' contemporaries and seems to be getting worse by the year. Ever increasing work loads paired with ever shrinking salaries makes an employee feel trapped. The only options are to leave the province or find a different trade.
