Wanted a way to warn others of what they're getting into with this organization and I will provide some descriptive words. Underfunded. Understaffed. Frustrating. Mismanaged. Bureaucratic. The craziest part of this job is that the most gruesome death is still easier to deal with than the organization itself. Great people hold on to this job and they're keeping the place going but are burning out at a rapid rate. People within the organization that somehow haven't lost their enthusiasm and want to advance and grow can't move up and leave to go elsewhere. Higher ups are completely out of touch and misinformed, even in regard to their own directed policies. When I tell people that death was the easiest part of this job they don't believe me. Please believe me and take your talents elsewhere.
