Alcoa reconnait l'effort de ceux qui on le gout de bien faire leur travail. Malgré la récession ils ont complêtés des projets que je croyais cancellés mais qui avaient un impact sur ma santé. Je suis très, très bien rémunéré et j'ai assez de flexibilité pour mettre a profit certaines de mes idées. Il y a en plus plein de groupes internes qui s'occupent de plein de besoins dans notre ville et pour quelqu'un qui s'implique la sensation de bien-être y est palpable. Mon seul souci ce sont mes confrères qui ne voient que le mauvais côté de tout et ici il y en a plein...
