I worked here for many years. It blows my mind how unqualified some staff are, especially auditors and appeals. One of my co-workers worked in appeals and hod only ever completed 3 accounting courses. CRA treats Canadians very wrong in a lot of cases and causes a lot of disruption to people's lives.
