I've been with CRA for over 25 years and the reason I wanted to work for CRA were for the benefits and family life balance. I used to love and really cared for this organization. Today, all benefits are being eliminated one by one but our salaries remain low and CRA is no longer allowing telework. Why would anyone want to work for CRA today? CRA is no longer the employer of choice! I am disillusioned with CRA.
