If you can get used to the bureaucracy, you'll do fine. I enjoyed my summer term there - not only did it help pay for my tuition, but my co-workers were great to work with. I can still remember my boss who gave me all the encouragement I needed and who saw my potential to grow, which she allowed me to do. Of course, this peeved some of my co-workers but I still remember her saying "do you honestly expect X to stay put? He's showing some initiative to learn new things so we're going to teach him new things so he can help the team."
