Academy One learning is a great company to work for. The management is really involved with not only making people successful at work but helping make them successful outside of work as well. An example of this is that 10 percent of our week is spent on personal development. There are company funded events held every couple of months to acknowledge all the success experienced within the company. These are things I have never experienced at any other call center environment and is really great to be a part of. I would highly recommend this company to all my friends and family!
