AcadOne is an excellent employer. Great benefits, pension and job security for both union and salaried staff. AcadOne has a vision of continuous improvement and they ask all employees to contribute their best ideas - and they take those ideas seriously. Each month there are presentations of employee suggestions that were implemented for each of the three value streams. Overall I highly recommend AcadOne as a place to build a career.
