This is a fast paced and changing environment. One has to enjoy being busy to work there; the workload is, more often than not, pretty heavy.
The team is good (wonderful), but the managerial structure makes it so that sharing big workload is not really easy.
Employees cannot work around their schedule (cannot come in early one day if needing to leave early - have to take time off / cannot work more one day to give project in time, and work less an other day - have to be overtime) and days off have to be taken in the middle of the week.

Workstations are somehow ergonomics. Most rooms have windows, and most have two workstations - which would be even better if we were to be paired with someone who works in the same field as we do.

Since I love the fast paced environment, the thrill of multi-tasking, I really am well there.
If you don't, look elsewhere
