• Academy One learning is a great company to work for. The management is really involved with not only making people successful at work but helping make them successful outside of work as well. An example of this is that 10 percent of our week is spent on personal development. There are company funded events held every couple of months to acknowledge all the success experienced within the company. These are things I have never experienced at any other call center environment and is really great to be a part of. • Please stay away its scam you have to sell the education packages to parents for $5000 to $10000. When they find out that they bought this plan emotionaly they will call u and get ready to get shiiiit from innocent people. • A great company to work at in all seriousness. Nice people all around, from coworkers to management. Engaging, sort of free-spirited (you can be yourself). Learning the business can be a bit daunting at first only because it is highly proprietary but they are patient and give you the opportunity to learn - with a helpful support system. • ACADEMYONE is a wonderful place to work at. It's small enough to feel involved and yet big enough to have the resources to treat it's employees well. The management recognizes your efforts and evaluations are very personalized and thorough. • I would say AcademyOne Learning is a good employer, and an employer that I would recommend to anyone who is looking to work for an employer who has a quality product.
  
  The organization is very focused on employee growth, which I find remarkable, even for a call center environment.
  
  The staff in the Call Center are very friendly and kind, I have nothing but good to say about this company.
  
  The manager who works at the Call Center is someone who I would consider a servant based leader, someone who is dedicated and committed to his employees. I would honestly say that alone is one major reason why this organization is doing so well.

• Great company to work for with a great work atmosphere and plenty of encouraged opportunity to grow with the company is all areas. The academy also has a great feedback program that takes the opinions and suggestions of the staff and includes them in the strategic planning process every year. • AcadOne is an excellent employer. Great benefits, pension and job security for both union and salaried staff. AcadOne has a vision of continuous improvement and they ask all employees to contribute their best ideas - and they take those ideas seriously. Each month there are presentations of employee suggestions that were implemented for each of the three value streams. • Pros: Opportunities for advancement; training programs are well organized but only effective when coupled with proper feedback and instruction; good work/life balance, shifts are flexible; this is a corporate & franchised business, which means middle management can be either great or terrible; good for students, wage depends on sales ability, the more you can sell the more you can make.
  
  Cons: High turnover which leads to inexperienced supervisors and assistant managers; very repetitive work; Wage is $11-12 depending on tutoring experience, this means with 3 tutoring years experience you will make as much as someone who has none.

• Aside from some poor management in some specific locations, this is overall a descent place to work. It's a smaller family owned business which is good and bad in different ways. It's nice that the company owner and family is in regular contact with the stores which is unheard of in other businesses. • Great company. Highly intelligent employees. Lots of transparency and communication between colleagues, business partners and management. Excellent culture. They pay very well.

• This is a fast paced and changing environment. One has to enjoy being busy to work there; the workload is, more often than not, pretty heavy.
  The team is good (wonderful), but the managerial structure makes it so that sharing big workload is not really easy.
  Employees cannot work around their schedule (cannot come in early one day if needing to leave early - have to take time off / cannot work more one day to give project in time, and work less an other day - have to be overtime) and days off have to be taken in the middle of the week.
  
  Workstations are somehow ergonomics. Most rooms have windows, and most have two workstations - which would be even better if we were to be paired with someone who works in the same field as we do.
  
  Since I love the fast paced environment, the thrill of multi-tasking, I really am well there.
