This tells the whole story. We recently received a company brochure in the mail titled, "A Great Place to Work." When a company has to tell you it's a great place to work, you know it's a horrible place to work. That is not something that needs to be said, it should be inherent. Also, they have absolutely no problem nailing employees if they miss their objectives but meanwhile we have to sit and listen to the "so-called" executives make excuses for why they missed theirs and then joke about it.
