I have never seen a company so poorly run in all my life. Staff are treated like DIRT. There is way to much favortism, and the senior management in the stores are not knowledgeable enough to handle the work load. Its sad for people that use to care about their job and was proud of the place they worked. Now its just a pay cheque, and they made it that way !!
Staff treated like DIRT? My friend, you're lucky if you get treated like dirt. At least with dirt, you can plant something in it. At Loblaws, you are treated like the 4-letter word that starts with "s".
