I've been working for Loblaws for 8 years. At the beginning, I loved my job. Everyone was so nice to each other, the management were there to encourage you and thank you for the work you've done. Customers were happy, employees were happy, and it was showing in our sales. What has gone wrong?? Management is horrible... customers are unhappy.. and employees don't want to work. Can I blame them?? Trust me, I'm speaking for all the employees at my store. What are they doing in head office? What kind of stupid idea are they going to think of next? Kind of a game at our store... lets see what's going to happen today! Loblaws better get their stuff together, or we'll definitely be closing our doors.
