I've been with this company for over ten years and this is the worst I've ever seen it. I currently work in payroll and see a revolving door of employees coming in and going right back out again. Management is horrible. They don't listen to their staff or their concerns. HR is a joke. The company expects full time to work over 40 hours a week and NOT get paid overtime. They cut hours all the time and just to squeeze a little bit more work out of everyone. It's pathetic. I don't blame the customers who don't want to shop with us anymore, I work there and I don't shop at the Superstore anymore.
