Run if you are thinking about a job at Loblaws. Threats, blaming part timers for the short falls of the lack of planning, work for free , unreachable goals, and no labours to reach the set goals, ... Too many chiefs giving orders and contradicting each other orders, ... No more backbone to hold this company together, Thanks Galen for ruining the company.

Absolutely agree! Way too much micromanagement! Suspect the problem with the middle organizational mass in Brampton. Really poor communication. Head office never introduces themselves(that says a lot) Inventory system is poor. Part-timers are the backbone and they are treated like crap!
