This company has constant turnover, and are unable to retain well trained employees. I have only been with the company for the past 3 months and decided enough is enough. Management playing favourites, no work life balance, and you have to be available to work on weekends at anytime... Where is the work like balance there? I understand there is a recession, but if you really want a job, don't apply there, try other employers. Anything has to be better than Loblaw.... Awful!!!
