This company needs to give their head a shake, they are going to lose a lot of great people this year! they cant keep cutting labour and expecting more and more every day , we have had enough of the threats aswell, you must, get it done , you have no choice, it is just groceries lets get back to basics when we had excellent customer service , great conditionsa and sales aswell as happy collegues treated fairly. there new moto is freiendly collegues motivated to serve, well there is never any one working in the stores to serve, and motivated i dont fuckin think so !
